Through becoming people of strong character, knowing their values and purpose and making wise choices, we desire to see youth positively influence their family, school and community. We envision Global 180 as a safe, youth-run community hub that serves the needs of youth and their families and to see our model franchised in other communities.
Youth
We value and respect youth. Focusing on the youth demographic, we believe in each person’s intrinsic value, equal opportunity and potential for success.
Team Building
We value a welcoming, accepting and safe environment where every youth belongs and has ownership of their individual and collective responsibilities.
Mentoring
We value adult to youth mentoring. We believe that a youth’s success as a person and influencer is forged in meaningful peer and adult interaction and mentoring relationships.

We value a cutting-edge approach to community youth programming that is unique, cool, creative and fun.
Relationships
We value an outreach-focused model of youth work which continually clarifies for whom we exist and keeps our focus on the one that is alone, lonely, dis-engaged and in need of a friend or support.

We value networking. We aim to be unique in our approach but recognize we cannot do it alone and therefore seek similar, “like-minded” partners to work alongside.
