Don Ariss -
- Global 180 Board of Directors for 8 years, serving in the roles of Vice-Chair and Governance.
- Chartered Accountant, 1974.
- Graduated from the University of Toronto in 1971 with Bachelor of Commerce
- Employed with Ontario Hydro and one of its successors, namely Hydro One Inc. from August 1976 to February, 2004 (retired). Responsibilities included: external and internal financial reporting, financial accounting policies, financial and internal controls, actuarial services and corporate taxation.
- Employed from September 2005 to June 2008 (retired) as Business Administrator for Master’s College and Seminary
- Past Chair of Board of Directors for HEPCOE Credit Union, a $1.3 billion Ontario financial institution. During 12 years on the HEOPCOE Board of Directors, served on various committees including the Executive, Human Resources, Audit and Risk Management, Finance and Governance.
- Currently Chair of Board of Directors for Meridian Credit Union. During 5 years on the Meridian CU Board served on various committees including Audit, Governance, Nominating and Human Resources. Meridian CU was formed in April 2005 by the merger of HEPCOE and Niagara Credit Union. With 43 Branches in Ontario and roughly $6 billion in assets under administration, Meridian CU is the largest credit union in Ontario and fourth largest in Canada.

Derrick Chan –

- Graduated from Sheridan College in 1999 as a Licensed General Machinist
- Worked at Mold-Master Ltd. in the Research and Development department from 1995 – 2003.
- Currently working as a real estate salesperson at Re/Max Performance since 2003.
- Brings to Global 180 a perspective of the needs in the community and has experience with assisting people getting connecting in the community.

Kate Stevens-Croft -

- Currently an English and History teacher at Mississauga Secondary School
- Staff sponsor for the school’s International Club
- Travelled with Global 180 twice each to Poland and Ukraine while a high school/university student
- Brings to Global 180 the perspective of an educator as well as an individual involved in previous Global 180 experiences

Shane Gaglardi -

- Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics (1999) from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Educations (1999) from Queen’s University.
- Currently a science teacher at Rick Hansen Secondary School since 2003.
- Has coached various sports teams and he currently runs the Battle of the Bands
- Previously, worked as a Test Engineer at JDS Uniphase.

Erynne Williams -

- Diploma in Arts and Science from Sheridan College (2005) and is currently a student at Sutherland- Chan School for Massage Therapy.
- Has partnered with Global 180 since 2003 on several different overseas trips to Poland and Ukraine engaging youth in conversation about making better choices for their lives.
- Brings to Global 180 the perspective of someone who has seen first hand the positive impact Global 180 has on youth in communities around the world, and the perspective of a young adult in today’s society.
